Brilliant service. I had two Nexbase GW312 in need of new batteries. I looked online and found several companies selling replacement batteries and a couple of YouTube videos on how to do the job. I am capable of doing this job myself. I then found Satnav Specialist . Very little difference in the price of two, why bother. It would take time and I could easily clock it up with one slip of a soldering iron. So, I sent them off, well packed. The time quoted was 10-14 days. In less than 14 days my satnav’s were returned, well packed in new packaging, I thought they would use what I sent them, they even sent the original batteries with BIN written on them. No nonsense about ‘we found this and that’, we have all been there . Just a good job well done. I don’t often use a review, although I always read them first, but this company is very good and I have no issue with recommending.
