1. Service Commitment
We will provide repair services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Upon receiving your device, we will carry out a diagnostic assessment and perform repairs using appropriate replacement components and recognised repair methods where applicable.
2. Repair Timescale
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, repairs will be completed within a reasonable timeframe.
Typical turnaround times are 5–15 business days from receipt of your device. Many repairs are completed within 2–5 business days, though delays may occur due to:
- Parts availability
- Complexity of repair
- Additional diagnostic requirements
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Customers will be notified promptly of any delays.
We aim to complete repairs within 30 days, unless otherwise agreed.
3. Repair Limitations and Inherent Risks
Some devices use sealed or non‑serviceable construction methods. Disassembly may involve unavoidable risks.
While we exercise reasonable care and skill, repairs may result in:
- Cosmetic or structural changes
- Loss of water resistance
- Damage to fragile or aged components
Where such damage occurs despite reasonable care and skill, it shall not be considered a service failure.
Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights.
4. Device Condition and Pre‑Existing Damage
Customers must provide accurate information regarding device condition when booking a repair.
By submitting a device, customers acknowledge that:
- Devices may contain hidden faults or internal damage
- Prior repairs, liquid exposure, impact damage, or age may increase repair risk
- Certain components may already be weakened
We are not liable for failure of pre‑existing or weakened components.
If additional faults are discovered, we will contact you before proceeding.
5. Water Resistance Disclaimer
Opening a watch or electronic device may compromise factory sealing.
While we take reasonable care to preserve or replace seals where possible, we cannot guarantee restoration or retention of original water‑resistance ratings.
Water‑resistance testing, where performed, is limited and does not replicate manufacturer testing conditions.
Customers acknowledge that any water exposure after repair is undertaken at their own risk.
We are not liable for moisture or liquid damage occurring after repair unless caused by a failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
6. Pressure, Activity and Environmental Exposure
Manufacturer water‑resistance and IP ratings are tested under controlled conditions and may be affected by repair, age, or wear.
Following repair, devices may no longer be suitable for:
- Swimming or diving
- Water sports or prolonged submersion
- Showers, steam rooms, saunas, or hot tubs
- Heavy sweat exposure
- Dust or particle exposure
- Sudden temperature or pressure changes
Use of the device in such conditions is at the customer’s own risk.
7. Loss of Water Resistance – Warranty Exclusion
Any warranty applies only to the repair work performed and parts supplied.
We do not guarantee restoration or maintenance of manufacturer water‑resistance ratings.
The repair warranty does not cover:
- Liquid ingress
- Condensation
- Corrosion
- Moisture‑related damage
Replacement seals are installed to practical repair standards but do not replicate factory manufacturing processes.
8. Additional Faults or Repairs
If further faults are identified during repair, we will:
- Inform you promptly
- Provide a quotation
- Obtain approval before proceeding
9. Devices Deemed Beyond Repair
If a device is considered beyond economical or technical repair:
- The device will be returned
- Repair fees will be refunded, less reasonable administrative and diagnostic costs
High Priority Repair Service fees (£10) are non‑refundable.
Devices deemed unsafe (e.g., swollen batteries) may not be returnable in their original condition.
If customers authorise disposal, full repair service charges will be refunded and disposal will be carried out at our expense.
10. Repair Warranty – Scope and Duration

Warranty Claims

Customers cover postage to us unless the fault is confirmed under warranty.
Warranty applies only to the original repaired device and customer.
11. Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers may cancel repair orders within 14 days, provided repair work has not commenced.
If work begins within this period, customers may be liable for reasonable costs for services already provided.
12. Postage and Transit Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Safe packaging
- Shipping costs when sending devices to us
We are not liable for damage or loss during transit to our premises.
Return postage following completed repairs is included unless otherwise stated.
13. Third‑Party Parts and Manufacturer Warranty
Replacement parts may be sourced from third‑party suppliers unless otherwise stated.
Repairs carried out by us may invalidate manufacturer warranties.
14. Data and Software Liability
Customers are responsible for backing up data before repair.
We are not liable for data loss, software corruption, or configuration changes occurring during repair.
15. Limitation of Liability
We do not exclude liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Breach of statutory consumer rights
Subject to the above, liability for repair services is limited to the amount paid for the repair.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use or loss of data.
16. Uncollected or Abandoned Devices
Devices not collected or paid for within 90 days of repair completion notification may be treated as abandoned.
We reserve the right to dispose of or recycle abandoned devices to recover reasonable costs, where permitted by law.
17. Circumstances Beyond Our Control (Force Majeure)
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events outside our reasonable control, including supply‑chain disruption, natural events, or courier delays.
18. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms affects statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK legislation.
