Sending Your Device
To begin the repair process, please securely package your device and send it to:

Please include the following information inside the package:
- Your full name
- Return address
- Email address
- Contact telephone number
- A brief description of the problem or the service you require
We recommend using a tracked postal service when sending your device and retaining your proof of postage and tracking information.
What Happens After We Receive Your Device
Once your device has arrived and has been booked into our system, we will send you an email confirmation containing your job reference number.
Our technician will inspect the device and assess the fault. Where appropriate, we will carry out the requested repair in accordance with the repair service agreed with you.
If the final repair cost cannot reasonably be determined before inspection, we will provide you with the relevant price or quotation before carrying out any additional chargeable work requiring your approval.
Payment
When the repair has been completed, or when payment becomes due under the agreed repair service, we will provide you with an invoice and a secure payment option.
Payment may be made by:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal
- Card payment over the telephone
You will not be asked to provide payment card details by email.
If Your Device Is Beyond Economical Repair
If, following inspection, we determine that your device is beyond economical repair, there will be no charge for the inspection or our labour.
If you ask us to return the device to you, the only charge will be the £5.99 return postage.
If any other charge may apply, we will explain this to you before the charge is incurred.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in these repair instructions is intended to limit or exclude any statutory rights you may have under UK consumer law.
Where applicable, services will be provided with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you enter into a repair contract with us online or by another distance method, any applicable statutory cancellation rights will apply subject to the relevant legal requirements and exceptions. If you specifically ask us to begin the repair service before the end of any applicable cancellation period, we may ask you to acknowledge the consequences of requesting the service to begin early.
