This is the second time I have used this company and on both occasions the service has been excellent. This starts with the email acknowledment of the order to the receipt of the device to starting work on it to finally being notificec that it was being returned. I cannot fault the service. The only downside was that it returned a few days late but Royal Mail accepted responsibilty for that and apologised.
