The service was quick and professional to replace the battery on my 5 year old Garmin Fenix 6 pro smartwatch. The communication was timely and the device was returned promptly, well packaged together with the old battery.
The only downside for me is that i didn’t get the performance increase I hoped to receive from the new battery. When bought new, the device had 14 day battery life which often lasted 7-10 days in reality including some longer activities being tracked.
When sent for replacement, the watch battery lasted around 2 days with all highly battery intense functions such as Pulse Ox turned off.
On the replaced battery its so far been around 3-4 days life. I was hoping that the new battery would provide longer 5-6 days life. This is the reason for 4 starts instead of 5 stars, otherwise the service was perfect.
The battery life improvement was my own personal guess and not a guarantee provided by the vendor so it could be my own fault of having too high expectations. It could also be a signal that there is something else wrong in my watch!
Overall thee service enables me to use the watch now again as main tracked and extend its life which i’m very happy about.

Thank you for your feedback! I just wanted to remind you that LiPo batteries usually require 5 to 10 charging cycles to hold their charge properly. Please give this a try and let me know how it works out. Additionally, some watches may need time to calibrate their batteries, so a factory reset could also be beneficial.
