- Then a rework is required and you will get new invoice with payment link via email.
- Once the process is completed the device will be sent back to you.

What if my Garmin cannot be repaired?
We have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of repairing Garmin’s. Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the Garmin may be damaged beyond repair. If this is the case and we cannot repair the Garmin, we will return your Garmin to you and refund any payment made to us. If the Garmin can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.

After we receive your Garmin, we will get to work on it right away. Once repaired we will return your Garmin to you via royal mail. We will also email you with your tracking number.
Very good service from Satnav specialist and the replacement Battery works great. From start to finish everything was clockwork and was kept updated all the way through from being informed they had received the Garmin S2 to having repaired it to having dispatched it. Also the price for the replacing the battery was very good. Would recommend.
Was only getting 7 holes out of my Garmin S2 golf watch before the battery ran out. Sent it to Satnav Specialist, got it back within a week and so far, it’s working just like new. Well pleased!!
Brilliant service brilliant company
The repairable Garmin was dealt with promptly and clearly. I would still like to know in what way the second Garmin was irreparable. In addition, I have not yet received the rebate due on the second Garmin.
I will use the company again if the need arises in future.
