  • Only include the Garmin unit unless an inspection of additional equipment is required.
  • Postage is calculated by weight. We recommend using a signed-for or special delivery service to ensure safe shipping.

Upon receiving your device we will do our utmost to repair it. If additional services are required we will inform you via email. Any extra charges will be communicated and you will receive a new invoice with a payment link. Once the process is completed your device will be sent back to you.

This service is available exclusively to residents of the UK and Ireland. Send us your broken Garmin and we will repair it using our extensive in-house hardware and expertise. With years of experience our engineers are capable of repairing nearly all Garmin models on the market.

Cost of Service:

The total cost of repairing your Garmin is outlined in your order form and includes the fee for returning your device via Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Payment Methods:

You can pay online by card or PayPal after the repair. Alternatively you may send a postal order or cheque made payable to Satnav Specialist ( please add £1.60 to cover the cheque processing fee ). Cash is also accepted. If you prefer we can contact you for payment once the repair is completed.

Turnaround Time:

The repair turnaround time is generally expedited typically ranging from 5 to 15 business days following receipt of the Garmin device. In many cases repairs are completed and dispatched within 2 to 5 days of receipt. However additional time may be required if necessary parts are unavailable or if further testing is deemed necessary.

  3. Thanks very much for a fantastic service! My watch battery was lasting a couple of hours in gps mode at best which rendered it pretty useless! Now it’s back to it’s original 9 to 10 hours so I’m very happy and the service was excellent and I like that I was kept up to date with emails on progress! Will definitely be using you again!
